• Are team members a good fit with each other?
• Do team members understand the nature of the task ahead?
• Are team members willing and able to seek and develop required competencies?
• Do team members have the potential to lead the venture successfully?
• Could the venture achieve niche dominance?
• Can competitive advantages be sustained?
• Are founders located within reach of the Greater Sydney Region?
